1. Enrollment

You must complete and submit a complete application. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate. You must have a web site. Upon review of your application, we will notify you of your acceptance or rejection. We do not accept sites that:

· Promote discrimination based on race, sex, sexual preference, religion or any other type of discrimination.

· Promote violence

· Promote illegal activities

· Violate copyrights

· Have little or no content

 

2. Links to Noteworthy Crafts

We provide text and banner links, you may not alter these links. However if you have an idea you would like for us to consider, you may submit it.

3. Fee Schedule

We will pay you 10% of the subtotal of the 1^st successful sale from all referrals that make a purchase within the 1^st 90 days of their visit to our site less any taxes that we may be required to collect. You will also receive 5% of sales from Affiliates that you refer. The fee schedule is subject to change without notice. Any returns, credits, or sales resulting from credit card fraud will be deducted from payments.

4. Payments

Subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement, we will pay your fees on the 15^th day of the month after you have been a member of the program for 30 days and your total commissions has reached $25.00. YOU WILL ONLY RECEIVE A CHECK WHEN YOUR TOTAL HAS REACHED $25.00.

5. Limited License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non sub-licensable, revocable right to use our images and logos that are provided.

6. Your Site

You are solely responsible for the development and maintenance of your site.

7. Terms of the Agreement

This agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your site into the program. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by notifying the other party either in writing by email or US mail. Your site will be subject to periodic review to determine compliance with the agreement.

8. Modification of Agreement

We may modify the terms contained in this agreement at any time by posting the new agreement on our site. The continued participation in our program after thirty (30) days following the post of these changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Relationship of Parties

All Affiliates will be considered independent contractors, there is no employment relationship between parties.

No spammers allowed. If you use unsolicited email addresses to promote your product or service, please do not sign up for this program. If at any time we find that you are using spam to promote your product or service, or this program, this agreement will be terminated and your commissions withheld!
