Contest Entry Form

Enter our contest for prizes, savings, and fun! Drawing is held on the 15th of each month. Prize will either be in the form of merchandise from our site or a discount voucher that can be used on our site or Etsy shop.You only need to register once though, once we receive your information you will automatically be entered in each months drawing even if you are a winner. Unless you agree to join our mailing list, this information will only be used to mail your prize if you are the winner. Contest  available to US residents 18 years of age and older.
